Major Releases for the Week of November 6 2017

This week in video game releases sees a couple of new titles, some DLC, releases of existing games to new platforms, and one big console. Let’s run down the list.

Xbox One X – The latest and most powerful console from Microsoft hits shelves
Need for Speed: Payback (PC, PS4, XB1) – A new entry in the series promising a more cinematic style
Nioh: Complete Edition (PC) – The previous PS4 exclusive and all DLC comes to PC
Football Manager 2018 (PC) – The next in the popular series hits PC
Doom (Switch) – Switch owners get a chance at the ultimate run and gun FPS
Horizon: Zero Down – The Frozen Wilds (PS4) – This DLC takes this year’s popular Horizon into the snow
Hitman: Game of the Year Edition (PC, PS4, XB1) – The full collection of Hitman releases from 2016 as well as four new missions
Guardians of the Galaxy Episode 5 (PS4) – The next chapter in Telltale’s take on the comic and movie
Syberia 3 (PC, PS4, XB1) – While I’ve made a call on this one, fans of the classic adventure series have another one coming
Mario Party: The Top 100 (3DS) – The best 100 minigames in Mario party history in one spot
